Returns and shipments

Orders placed in Italy, at a cost of €8, are shipped within 10 working days.

Orders placed abroad, at a cost of €15, are shipped within 15 working days.

Can I exchange or return a product?

In the case of returns or exchanges, available no later than 14 working days, as required by law, please contact customer service or send an email to: info@nemanema.com

Shipping costs are charged to the customer, therefore unpaid shipments will not be accepted.

The goods must be well packed, must contain original labels and must not be tampered with in any way.

Once the goods have been received and checked, we will make sure to arrange a refund or exchange, excluding shipping, within ten working days.

What can I do if a garment is sold out?

In case of sold out garments, for some it is possible to place a personal order, therefore we suggest sending an email to: info@nemanema.com or contacting customer service to ask for availability.
